WDTiles is on the hunt for a skilled and personable Showroom Sales Consultant to become part of our growing family-owned business. This role offers a fantastic chance to be part of a rapidly expanding tile supply and installation company, working alongside a committed team. You'll harness your sales expertise to engage with retail customers, builders, and contractors, further elevating our thriving business.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers in the showroom, helping them choose the perfect tiles and materials for their projects.
- Manage phone inquiries and coordinate deliveries to customers.
- Handle cash transactions, process invoices, and manage tile orders.
- Accurately measure plans and estimate material quantities.
- Facilitate smooth communication with clients and builders, ensuring order accuracy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Availability to work 4 days a week, including every Saturday.
- Previous experience in the tile industry is preferred.
- A strong background in interior design and a keen eye for detail are crucial.
- An outgoing personality capable of fostering strong working relationships.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in administrative and computer tasks.
