Position Title : Shutdown Services Scheduler

Work Location: Iron Bridge - Fortescue’s Iron Bridge project is located on the traditional lands of the Nyamal people.

Roster: 8D/6R – FIFO ex Perth

Role overview:

To be successful the Shutdown team must work closely with other teams within the wider operation, and business to ensure the plant remains reliable, with an ongoing focus on consistent improvement. As shutdown services scheduler, your role will be to work closely with both the shutdown team and our vendor partners to ensure delivery of successful shutdown campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with shutdown team providing support to manage multiple resource requirements
• Liaise with multiple departments & vendor partners regarding resource availability
• Manage departments purchasing, invoicing and reporting dashboards
• Management of hired and internal equipment and assets
• Assisting in shutdown on-site logistics

Education and Experience:

• Good interpersonal communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong planning, organisational, scheduling and coordination skills.
• Computer literate; including but not limited to MS Office suite
• Knowledge and experience of computer maintenance management systems e.g. SAP.
• Ability to work cohesively in a highly dynamic team environment.
• Excellent time management, and the ability to meet deadlines & milestones.
