About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Scheduling to lead a cohesive team, ensuring efficient, safe delivery of scheduling the Program of Work (PoW).

In this role you'll be responsible for managing a team who ensure maximisation of the PoW through efficient scheduling. The ability to drive continuous improvement and implement strategies to deliver efficient and productive outcomes are paramount to this role.

You'll be exposed to actively developing strategies to improve the culture and safety whilst supporting initiatives, improvement projects and change across Field Operations and the broader business.

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll have experience with SAP and MRS scheduling tools or similar and hold a relevant Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or similar - or - possess extensive experience leading large teams within the Power Industry or similar complex industry.

You'll possess demonstrated experience in planning and scheduling or the capacity to acquire the relevant competency within a short time. This, coupled with your business insight capabilities and ability to monitor existing measures, interrogate monthly results and drive performance improvement through the effective use of SAP or similar tools will see you succeed in this role.

Key to this role is -

  • Proven capability to build effective teams, providing support and coaching to develop talent
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, working across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrate resilience, taking constructive action in difficult situations
  • Whilst not essential, industry experience is highly regarded
