Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating technicians and apprentices for service job work.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely completion of our contract works.
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors to schedule planned and reactive works.
- Day to Day support of our client base - answering calls and queries, and delivering first-class service.
- Providing overall administrative support to the Service Manager.
About you:

- Your computer literacy includes the use of word, excel and outlook.
- You have good written and verbal communications skills and can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

- You are interested in building up an excellent working knowledge of our industry
