We are seeking a qualified and experienced Siebel Systems Administrator to join our clients team.
This role will play a crucial role in supporting a large complex portfolio of work, ensuring the successful delivery of new and enhanced digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Code & EIM Data Packaging & Migrations
- Siebel Developer workstation support in collaboration with Health's ICT Service Provider
- Application patching
- Routine technical administration tasks
- Perform Siebel Technical Level 2 functions, including escalations from Level 1
- Serve as the 1st point of response to incidents.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with Siebel in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability and commitment to work collaboratively with all stakeholders towards common goals
- Effective planning and problem-solving skills focused on delivering a quality outcome
- Multi-tasking attitude, comfortable operating within both technology and business environments
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision and achieve results
