The location will be the Collie project site
The Site Administrator is responsible for providing professional administration support in the day-to-day operations as required on the project.Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate visitor travel, accommodation, and site access
• Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes, and internal support material
• Maintaining site roster
• Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory, and storage
• Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues.

Your skills and experience:

• Previous site-based experience preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and effective time management.
• Strong computer skills with intermediate-advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
• Well-developed organizational skills with the capacity to multitask.
