Site Admin - Relief

Hays are seeking experienced FIFO Site Administrators to join our relief pool

Our clients provide Facilities Management services within the Mining and Resource sector, and we have multiple vacancies available for experienced village/mine Site administrators to join the Hays crew.

Please note this is a relief administration position and will be flying out of Perth airport, Western Australia.

Your new role

• Support Site admins and site managers with general administration tasks
• Welcoming and assisting all guests and residents with site room keys and site information
• Creating and managing housekeeping schedules and conducting room checks
• Booking and amending flights and accomodation - dependent on site
• Data entry and compiling various reports
• General reception and retail kiosk assistance as required
• Managing building maintenance requests

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience using any of the following systems - INX, SAMS/Workflow, RMS etc.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Exceptional organisation and time management
• Reside in WA and able to fly out from Perth airport
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and regular drug and alcohol screening
