Our client is seeking a highly skilled Site Admin to join their mine-site team on a temporary basis (6 weeks), with the potential for permanency. This role offers competitive hourly rates and immediate start dates. If successful you will fly out from Perth on an 8:6 roster, Friday to Friday.
As a key member of the mining operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administrative functions of the site.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to mobilisation teams, including booking and managing travel and accommodation.
- Extend support to various departments when required.
- Perform general administrative duties, including stock management of PPE and restocking communal amenities.
- Data entry and word processing.
- Other tasks as required.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role on an Australian mine-site.
- Expertise in INX and Microsoft suite.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of SAP (desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hold full Australian working rights (Citizenship or Permanent Residency) .
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
- Provide a clear National Police Clearance from within the last three months.
- Pass a pre-employment medical.
