About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a for our client a Site Administration Officer. This position offers a Monday to Friday roster, located in Dampier.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Comply with and demonstrate a positive commitment to organisational processes and ISO Management Systems including Quality, Environment, Safety and Information Security.
Monitor the Physical Resources Service desk and undertake assigned requests
Conduct property inspections for residential housing and prepare documentation in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
Administration of housing, fleet and office space keys.
Assist with fleet related activities including vehicle replacements, transfers, fuel cards and administration of the fleet management system.
Undertake purchasing activities including raising purchase requisitions, receipting purchase orders and completing contract claims
Undertake Physical Resources record management including filing.

Experience undertaking office administration tasks.
Sound administration skills with Microsoft software competency (i.e., Word, Outlook, and Excel) and familiarity with other systems.
The ability to work as part of a team to resolve issues and communicate effectively.
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to deal with competing priorities and be highly productive.
Sound written and verbal communication skills with the potential to handle sensitive issues with tact and confidentiality.
An understanding of property and / or asset management practices would be beneficial.
