Site Administrator | 2:1 Roster | 9-12 Months Maternity Cover

We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our Project team on a fixed-term basis for 9-12 months to cover maternity leave. The position is based on a remote site in W.A. and is offered on a 2:1 roster from Perth.

Due to the nature of the Project we require applicants to have prior FIFO experience in a similar role. This position will have a back-to-back and will be provided a hand-over when commencing. Shortlisting will commence immediately for a mid to late March start. There is an opportunity for this position to become permanent depending on operational needs at the time.

Skills & Experience 

• Previous proven experience as a Site Administrator while working away 
• Experience on civil or structural construction projects (or similar constructing/mining/resources) highly desirable 
• Intermediate skills across with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Construction White Card
• Ability to pass a full medical with drug and alcohol testing
• Valid national police clearance within 12 months, or ability to obtain one
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment
• Excellent organisation skills
• Self-driven and highly motivated
• Attention to detail coupled with resilience, versatility and confidence
• Ability to work on a roster basis 2:1 in remote locations within WA
