Who we’re looking for:
We are currently seeking Resource Sector experienced Site Administrator to be site based on large scale resource construction projects in Western Australia on a FIFO arrangement. Comfortable working in a large project team, you will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and strong technical ability to:
- detailed preparation and recording of internal and external correspondence
- development and maintenance of comprehensive contract filing systems
- timely management of daily procurement and commercial documentation
- setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project.
You may also have the following additional desirable skills:
- experience in the civil construction industry
- experience in the reporting, reviewing and analysis of project financial performance
- experience using SharePoint and/or JobPac software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite.
