As the Site Administrator you will be the main administrative interface between multiple project execution teams, main contractors, the customer, and government agencies. This role supports all administrative functions and aspects of the project sites(s) and daily duties related to safe, compliant and reliability operation.

For this busy role your versatility, high level of initiative, professionalism, and ability to build strong relationships throughout the organisation will be highly valued. This is a role that involves collaborative work with other Operations Site Administrators.
The key responsibilities of this role are,
- Accountable for Office Coordination and Business support requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Site Senior Executive/ Manager and site employees.
- Travel and Accommodation Coordination and roster management.
- Assist in the on boarding of new staff as required, setup accounts for new employees and assist new employees on required training courses.
- Ongoing maintenance of training records and database.
- Receive, input and process data for a variety of reports, accounts, records, and logs, ensuring accuracy.
- Support project processes relating to Standards & Procedures, Health, and Safety, Environmental, and Material Safety Data Sheets.
- EHS support.
- Promote a psychologically safe work environment.
- Accountable to support financial and accounting project site(s) requirements, when necessary.
- Accountable for site supply chain and warehouse functions.
- Accountable for supporting Work Management Process and Standards.
- Support the Site Senior Executives/Managers and other Project leaders with varied ad hoc tasks.
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following attributes,
- 5+ years administrative experience.
- An administrative and financial course certification will be advantageous.
- Superior organisational skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests.
- Extensive computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office suite and SAP.
- Financial transaction knowledge and a general understanding of invoicing practices.
- Supply Chain fundamentals and warehouse management applied skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge in all areas of administrative duties.
- Comfort in developing and fostering appropriate relationships using an interest-based communication style.
- Ability to function in a dynamic team environment that requires flexibility to manage a broad range of daily activities and deadlines.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Unrestricted manual driver licence.
Desirable:
- Document control, SAP and GPMate skills.
- Previous experience in flight and accommodation management.
- Experience in a mining, construction, or power generation industry.
- OHS Qualification and safety experience.
