Site Administrator

Central Earthmoving Company was established in 1985 in Geraldton and expanded into the North west region of WA. We have been involved in many iconic projects in the Mid West and throughout regional Western Australia.
 
We are looking for an experienced site administration professional to join our high performing project team, based on various construction sites around WA. The position will be based on site working a 2/1 roster and reporting to the Project Manager.  You will provide administrative support to the onsite teams while overseeing and coordinating all procedures and other assigned tasks such as Travel & Logistics, Financial & document Control, Site Systems Administration and Analysis and Improvement.  Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
 
Your Role:

• Detailed preparation and recording of internal and external daily records into the company’s financial software
• Processing of site invoicing in line with captured information
• Development and maintenance of comprehensive contract filing systems
• Liaison with the client regarding travel logistics planning
• Capturing and recording other onsite project statistics for external reporting purposes
• Setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project.

 
The following additional skills and experience is required:

• Must have full Australian working rights and a minimum of 2-3 years FIFO experience in a site Administration role. 
• Experience in the civil construction industry.
• Experience using CHEOPS software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite desirable.
• Experience maintaining onsite rosters and making the necessary mobilisation arrangements.
• High volume and accurate Data entry. purchase order batching experience.
