We are looking for an experienced site administration professional to join our high performing project team, based on various construction sites around WA. The position will be based on site working a 2/1 roster and reporting to the Project Manager. You will provide administrative support to the onsite teams while overseeing and coordinating all procedures and other assigned tasks such as Travel & Logistics, Financial & document Control, Site Systems Administration and Analysis and Improvement. Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
Your Role:
- Detailed preparation and recording of internal and external daily records into the company’s financial software
- Processing of site invoicing in line with captured information
- Development and maintenance of comprehensive contract filing systems
- Liaison with the client regarding travel logistics planning
- Capturing and recording other onsite project statistics for external reporting purposes
- Setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project.
The following additional skills and experience is required:
- Must have full Australian working rights and a minimum of 2-3 years FIFO experience in a site Administration role.
- Experience in the civil construction industry.
- Experience using CHEOPS software applications, and the Microsoft Office suite desirable.
- Experience maintaining onsite rosters and making the necessary mobilisation arrangements.
- High volume and accurate Data entry. purchase order batching experience.
