Duties:
Assist project safety and environment teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, reports, and documentation.
Proactively work with sites to collate all safety records and enter them into central database
Serve as a reliable point of contact for site personnel, readily providing them with accurate information from the central database
Liaise with vendors to maintain licencing, insurances, register workers and other necessary requirements.
Ensure all safety-related documents are properly filed and accessible.
Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and safety audits.
Track and report on safety metrics and key performance indicators.
Maintain and track employee and training records to ensure they are up-to-date with required safety training.
