Job Description
HTS is currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team at the Tanami Mine site in the Northern Territory. This is a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) role, with 2 weeks on site, and 1 week respite roster. The role is open to candidates flying out of Brisbane, Perth, Darwin, or Alice Springs.
As part of the Tanami project team, you’ll be reporting directly to the Project Manager. No two days will be the same, but your responsibilities will include;
- A broad scope of administrative tasks to support the project team.
- Updating registers, records and tracking information on a daily basis.
- Writing, compiling and producing a range of reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Assisting with procurement process including updating inventory, delivery tracking etc.
- Maintaining document control protocols outlined by HTS.
- Communicating with employees, clients, suppliers and head office team.
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Certificate IV in Business or Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Previous FIFO or DIDO experience is preferred.
