We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Administrator to join us on our new Project in Wandoan QLD
DIDO from Brisbane 3/1 Roster, 11 hour days.
Job Description
- Providing administration support to the project delivery team.
- Providing travel and mobilisation support to the project team issuing inductions, collecting tickets and licenses, booking flights and accommodation.
- Maintaining training records for site personnel.
- Project event organisation and management.
- Raising of purchase orders and sourcing quotes
- Liaise with clients to ensure site clearance to personnel.
- Preparation and issuing of reports.
- Ensuring project information and documentation is generated/received in a timely and accurate manner
- Confidence and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills - Written and Verbal
- Analytical and resourceful in solving problems and keeping to timeframes
- Capable of multitasking
- Understanding of site safety protocols
- Any other ad hoc project duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous Experience as a Site Administrator (Mining or Construction industry)
- Excellent administration skills with a high level of organisation
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a collaborative team environment
- Experience in the MS Office suite particularly excel and word
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Current drivers license
- White Card
- Experience in Synchro highly regarded
