About the opportunity
Mastermyne is proud to announce we've secured a new contract at Narrabri Underground Coal mine, extending our mining services, and providing employment stability for our crews for another 3 years. About the role
Reporting to the Senior Site Administrator you will work as part of a broader project team to provide on-site support to our cut and flit and gateroad development contracts. This Site Administrator will require experience in:

• Invoicing;
• Payroll (including processing timesheets);
• Accounts receivable and debtor management;
• Accommodation and travel bookings ;
• Providing administrative support to the project management team and other duties as requested.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Very high attention to detail;
• Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent numerical and written communication skills;
• Ability to own multiple projects with competing deadlines whilst delivering maximum results;
• Continuous improvement mindset with a consultative approach to implementing changes;
• High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite along with exposure to ERP systems. Pronto experience highly desirable but not essential.
