Must be an Australian Citizen, to able to obtain a clear National Police clearance and be able to work project hours. Work in a fast paced role, work independently and use initative.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator as part of our dynamic project team in Henderson.
- Data entry and maintain project tracking report
- Timesheet preparation, review and processing in payroll system
- Assist with site inductions for new arrivals and visitors
- Coordinate site based administration processes
- Data entry of purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices.
- Coordinate training and maintain training register in HRIS
- Set up and maintain site security passes
- Coordinate accommodation for project personnel
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated experience
- Reliable, excellent time-keeping and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail.
- Highly developed data entry
- High attention to detail
- Strong oral communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
