Site Administrator 8:6

Responsibilities:
- Management of onboarding, site access, Mobilisations, and de-Mobilisations for site personnel
- Booking and coordination of flights and accommodation as per site requirements.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Reconciliation of timesheets
- Assisting in Document Control recording and tracking
- Assist HSE, Site Supervisor with Health and Safety initiatives, policies, and procedures
- Coordinating site events, pre-start notices and Toolbox agendas
- Liaising with all office and site personnel
- Direct reporting to your Senior Project Administrator at Head Office
To be considered for these roles, it is preferred than you have:
- Knowledge and/or previous exposure to Civil Construction & Mining
- One year remote site administration experience (Preferred not essential)
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to learn new software systems
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Experience / understanding of commercial contracts highly regarded.
- Reliability and able to commit to a 8:6
- Current Drivers Licence (HR advantageous but no essential)
- White Construction Card
- Able to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screen.
We would like to have the successful candidates onboarded as soon as possible, to give you an introduction into the role and training from our current Project Administrators located in Geraldton. Giving you all the insights, skills and tools to hit the ground running when the position commences on site.
Our Site Administrators undertake pivotal role in managing site administration, assisting the Site Supervisor and HSE Team with onsite requirements.
