We are currently working with a Tier 1 mining company who is looking to engage a Fixed Plant Maintenace Administrator.
This is a key role within the team and will build on existing frameworks and processes to champion ongoing improvements.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Fixed Plant Maintenance you will join an inclusive and diverse team where you play a critical role in departmental success.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Provide high level support to the Leadership team with a high regard for confidentiality
- Provision of high-level support services to the Manager including diary management, focus areas, prioritisation of initiatives and activities etc
- Preparing agendas, coordinating the preparation of meeting materials, writing of meeting minutes and assisting in action management and completion
- Weekly reports and updating metrics
- Coordination of travel and accommodation, site access and visits for the team and new starters as required
- Coordination of events and functions including team building days and offsite meetings for the team as required
- Using SAP for purchasing goods and services (POs/ PRs)
- Create, update, and maintain SharePoint pages and online databases
- Maintaining risk and safety registers
- Maintain internal staff information and Outlook distribution lists
- Booking and monitoring training compliance
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
About You
- Previous experience working within the resources sector, in a role like Mobilisation Administrator, Coordinator, Project Support etc is desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, the ability to work independently and the initiative to use resources effectively to focus on critical priorities
- You will possess strong attention to detail, with a critical mindset and are solution-focused to help the team
- You are proactive to support the team
- You will be self-driven and self-reflective, willing to work in a variety of contexts and seek clarification when required
- Intermediate MS Office Suite Skills
- SAP experience
- Experience coordinating / managing travel on varied rosters
- Current Driver’s licence
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
