Position Overview:
We are seeking the right person to join our team for the duration of the TT line redevelopment project as a Site Administrator (approx. 18 months to two years).
The role will be fast paced with a lot of moving parts and you will have opportunity to work with the team that is delivering one of the State's current largest Infrastructure projects.
What you need to succeed
Administration experience in the Civil or Building industry is a must as there won't be an opportunity to teach someone the basics
Attention to detail is a key pillar to getting the job done
Be a good communicator as there is a wide variety of stakeholders you will be working with
Good time management is a must as deadlines will need to be regularly met
Knowledge and fluency using various Microsoft Office programs
Construction Industry White Card
Experience using JobPac (or similar) is highly desirable
