ABOUT THE ROLE
It is an exciting time in our Major Projects division!
We are expanding our awesome Resource and Logistics team due to our accelerated operational growth.
In this position, you will provide proactive, responsive & professional administrative support for site operations, ensuring the site is fully supported to enable successful project and shutdown delivery.
Specifically, you will:
- Implement effective administration processes and systems to support site operations.
- Compile and coordinate timesheets, issue and liaise with accounts for processing.
- Maintain any applicable site registers.
- General housekeeping of the site-based offices.
- Assistance with stores.
- Assist with the purchasing and ordering of site stock and materials.
- Assistance with work orders.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders, both the Warrikal workforce and external clients and contractors.
- Provide assistance to the Perth-based mobilisation team with personnel movements and mobilisation and demobilisation of each project.
- Minimum of 2 years site-based experience in a similar role.
- C Class driver’s licence.
- Demonstrated administrative skills.
- Professional and polite.
- Proficient use and strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
