An industry-leading contract catering and facility management provider in Australia. With over 200 sites across the country, there are a number of adhoc swings available for an experienced Site Administrator to assist with supporting the sites and projects.
Your new role
In this role your duties will include, but not limited to:
Site Induction, Visitor Passes
Internal And External Queries
Travel & Accommodation Booking
Administration Adhoc duties as required
Liaise with Superintendents/Supervisors
Preparing Reports and document control
High volume of data entry with 100% accuracy
Assist with ensuring compliance and following on-site policies
Working with departments to ensure that targets are achieved
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will require the following;
Current Drivers' Licence
INX experience essential
Exceptional communication skills
Strong knowledge of the local mining industry
High level of productivity and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or within a team
Proficient in MS Suites with strong capabilities in Excel & spreadsheets
Pre-existing administration and planning experience in a similar industry
Be able to pass a Pre-employment medical and have a clear Police check
