The Role Reporting to the Site Project Manager, SRG Asset Care has an opportunity for a self-driven and suitably experienced Site Administrator to join our team based onsite at Muswellbrook, NSW on a permanent basis. You will be joining an experienced and high performing team and will fill an essential role that guarantees the day to day running of our onsite office. Key Responsibilities: Administrative management of various jobs and projects.
Communicating with several other contractors and clients. Payroll administration, invoicing and claim summaries. Maintenance of site office, registers, consumables and PPE.
Scheduling of accommodation of remote employees. The successful applicant will ideally have: Ability to work a 6-day (10 hour shifts) work week during outage periods. SAP and Pronto Experience (Desirable).
Previous experience in a similar role. Previous experience with timekeeping and invoicing. Strong communication and people skills.
