About the opportunity

Intellect Systems Site Services Division are currently seeking for multiple roles with approx. 6-12 months duration. These exciting opportunities focus on driving project implementation from commissioning into operations while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to client specifications and applicable standards.

As a member of the Intellect Systems Site Services team, you will work closely in a collegiate manner with key stakeholders and your peers in the delivery of allocated tasks whilst ensuring the Company’s reputation for high quality services and client satisfaction is maintained.

• Clients range from Tier 1 to Tier 2 end users

• Previous commissioning experience essential

• Must successfully pass medical and D&A

• 8/6 or 2/1 roster

Specific Role requirements

Commissioning Manager & Leads

• Minimum 3+ years in Commissioning Management roles in Minerals Processing and Materials Handling projects;

• Driving client and company Safety Standards and Processes;

• Providing commissioning expertise to the project;

• Support project team with weekly milestones and review of previous milestones;

• Verifying schedule progress accuracy;

• Leading and planning commissioning and supervising activities on site;

• Effective communication across entire organisation to ensure work is delivered efficiently to a high technical standard making best use of past projects, templates, procedures, standards and codes of practice;

• Experience in commissioning of Functional Safety Systems preferred;

• Degree or Diploma preferred;

• Lead or participate in site walkdowns and facilitate the punch list process as well as transition through the various tool gates (Construction Verification, No Load and Load Commissioning) and handover project scope to operations;

• Use of Completions Commissioning Management System (CCMS), skilled in completions software – Hexagon CCMS preferred;

Administrator / Coordinator - CCMS

• Proven experience in setting up and administering Hexagon Smart Completions CCMS

• Electrical or Mechanical qualifications preferred (Degree, Diploma or Trade)

E&I Commissioning Supervisors

• Minimum 3+ years in Supervisory roles in Minerals Processing and Materials Handling projects;

• Experience with managing technician teams;

• Experience in commissioning of Functional Safety Systems;

• TUV certification is advantageous ;

• Skilled in completions software – Hexagon CCMS preferred;

• WA Electrical Licence;

• Cert IV in Instrumentation preferred;

• CPR LVR; and

• Strong leadership skills.

Mechanical Commissioning Supervisors

• Minimum 3+ years in Supervisory roles in Minerals Processing and Materials Handling projects;

• Experience with managing technician teams;

• Skilled in completions software – Hexagon CCMS preferred; and

• Must be mechanical trade qualified.

E&I Commissioning Technicians

• Minimum 3+ years in Commissioning roles in Minerals Processing and Materials Handling projects;

• No Load & Load Commissioning of Electrical Equipment, Systems and Instruments;

• Experience in commissioning of Functional Safety Systems preferred;

• Skilled in completions systems – Hexagon CCMS preferred;

• WA Electrical Licence;

• Cert IV in Instrumentation preferred;

• CPR LVR; and

• High Risk Licence, Working at Heights, Confined Space preferred.

Mechanical Commissioning Technicians

• Minimum 3+ years in Commissioning roles in Minerals Processing and Materials Handling projects;

• No Load & Load Commissioning of Mechanical Equipment and Systems;

• Experience in commissioning of Functional Safety Systems preferred;

• Skilled in completions systems – Hexagon CCMS preferred;

• Trade Qualifications; and

• High Risk Licence, Working at Heights, Confined Space preferred.
