We specialise in the designing, building and operating of social and business critical communication infrastructure throughout Australia, and are recognised for our technical excellence and delivery.Are you an experienced Site Controller seeking stable, long-term employment opportunities?Immediate start is available, previous Telecommunications Site Controller experience is essential.Your role will include, but not be limited to:- Coordinates management of QHSE risk and provides information and documentation to field personnel to ensure works are undertaken in a safe and compliant manner.
- Reviews design drawings, client issued scopes of work and initiates procurement processes for construction and maintenance project works.
- Initiates, coordinates and monitors logistical requirements for execution of various site works.
- Ensures client satisfaction in delivery of work scope and reports to clients on works progress as required.
- Coordinates management of QHSE risk and provides information and documentation to field personnel to ensure works are undertaken in a safe and compliant manner.
- Works directly with field Supervisors to ensure timely issue of delivery documents to the client.
- Directly responsible for management of subcontractors.Skills and Experience Required:- Cert 4 in Project Management or RPL through proven industry experience.
- Certificate in Leadership and Management or RPL through proven industry experience.
- Has proven experience managing construction projects of a value greater than $250,000.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership - Ability to lead a workforce, provide guidance, instruction and offer opinions and direction.
- Attention to detail - A careful and concise approach to execution of works.
