Boya Equipment is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator at our Bindoon Branch. Reporting to the Boya Group Branch Manager, the ideal candidate will have proven success in a similar role with dealership experience & exceptional attention to detail and a drive to succeed. Sound knowledge of agricultural machinery would be advantageous.
Our dealership at Bindoon is strategically located, enabling Boya Double R to service the broader agricultural industry and back up our field service and on-site teams of trade's people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Parts Sales - Agriculture & Construction
- Machine Sales - Agriculture & Construction
- Develop existing and new customer relationships.
- Provide direction and support to the on-site service department and customers.
- Ensure adequate supervision of on-site employees.
- Manage all site WHS, HR, inventory, quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver to time and productivity requirements.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, time & attendance and quality documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Protect and build Boya Double R’s brand reputation.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Spare Parts Interpreter Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- Proven ability to build sales pipelines and deliver to KPI’s.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- A high level of communications skills (verbal, written and presentation).
