Travel & Site Access Coordinator

Sino Iron is the largest magnetite mining and downstream processing operation in Australia, located 100km Southwest of Karratha in the mining hub of the Pilbara.

Our fully integrated operation features an open pit mine serviced by the biggest haul trucks in the world, a six-line concentrator and port terminal facilities at nearby Cape Preston. Our state-of-the-art power station and desalination plant are among the largest in the State.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Travel & Site Access Coordinator for our Perth office on a full-time 12 month max term basis.

Reporting to the Manager - Facilities & Logistics, this role is responsible for providing an efficient travel and Site Access service to internal CITIC Pacific Mining employees and external contractors. Responsibilities will include charter and commercial flight bookings, camp movements, international travel, and mobilisation of new starters.

About You 

As the successful candidate you’ll have the following:

• Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Knowledge of SAM (Site Administration Management) and travel industry knowledge highly desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook skills.

 We are seeking applications from candidates with a flexible work ethic as there will be a requirement to work on-call and variable working hours.
