SO4 are striving toward the production of high-grade Sulphate of Potash (SOP). Our Lake Way asset is located in the Goldfields region of Western Australia,15 kilometres south of Wiluna. We are about to enter a critical 3-phase process: Restart, the sale of the first commercial product, Nameplate, and Production.

We are seeking an exceptional, customer focused Site Administrator for an immediate start, who can help organise and coordinate our employees on site.
THE ROLE
Working from our Wiluna site and reporting into the Lead People & Capability Partner - Talent, as the Site Services Coordinator you will proficiently manage all administrative requisites on site, whilst serving as the designated People & Capability ambassador for all personnel, contractors, and visitors delivering a customer centric experience.
Your friendly approachable demeanour and professional disposition will carry you in this position, coupled with your proven ability to meet deadlines and initiative to deliver a smooth mobilisation process and positive on-boarding experience for all, by:
- Arranging welcome packs for new employees and preparing relevant resources and tools prior to arrival on site.
- Contractor Mobilisations, ensuring all site entry forms and relevant qualifications, tickets, and licenses are collected and entered diligently into INX and approval is granted as per the site access approval process prior to mobilising anyone to site.
- Arranging PPE and uniforms for site based SO4 employees.
- Liaising with the aviation company(s) on flight requirements and airstrip changes.
- Act as the single point of contact for Journey Management Plans and advise WHS of any updates.
- Manage and maintain, rosters, travel, accommodation allocation, personnel leave entries and compliance information.
- Capture personnel leave requests in INX.
- Deliver positive and memorable Visitor Inductions and Orientations.
- Provide guidance to site personnel on people procedures.
- Lead a positive and collaborative site culture.
- Organise team-building activities, site social events and initiatives that promotes inclusivity.
- Coordinate management and VIP site visits, such as transport, PPE, catering, and accommodation.
ABOUT YOU
You will have a natural ability to create collaborative relationships with all levels of personnel, contractors, and visitors as well as having the initiative and the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
To shine in this position and become indispensable, you will possess:
- Current “C” Class Western Australian driver’s license.
- Advanced computer literacy and business software knowledge of INX InFlight.
- Demonstrated understanding of site-based processes and procedures relating to rosters, accommodation, and manifests.
- In depth knowledge of site mobilisation requirements.
- Minimum 2 yrs. experience in an administrative role with exposure to working in remote environments and ideally within the resources industry.
- Proven track record in mobilisation and booking travel and accommodation.
- Experience coordinating rosters, flights, and accommodation.
