THE OPPORTUNITY
Working across out Beta Hunt Operations in Kambalda & Lakewood Mill in Kalgoorlie, this newly created role requires an enthusiastic and experienced Site Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will know how to prioritise effectively, have an in-depth understanding of remote mine sites and experience in Site Administration, Site Services and Contract Administration.
- Streamline Site Access requirements for Beta Hunt and Lakewood operations
- Detailed understanding of accommodation and flight reservations systems (INX InFlight and INX +Process)
- Provide Site Administration support
- Support the General Manager and Site Leadership team in all aspects of administration, reporting, and activity coordination
- Contract administration relating to Site Services contracts such as variations, delays, and extensions
- Work with relevant team members to ensure measured progress, performance, and cost collation of data for analysis and reporting of all Site Services contracts
- Management of the Village contract for the Beta Hunt & Lakewood Operation
- Highly developed leadership skills and the ability to develop a high performing team with a culture focused on proactive customer service
ABOUT YOU
- Current “C” Class Western Australian driver’s licence
- A good understanding of financial management and contract administration and interpretation
- INX InFlight experience including INX +Process exposure (highly desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail across reporting and service delivery
- Strong understanding of FIFO camp management including budgeting, cost controls and rostering
- Strong computer skills with exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent attention to detail across reporting and service delivery
- A can-do, team-oriented attitude
- Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable
- Excellent communication skills
