About the role
- Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure that the project is safely delivered in accordance with time, budget and quality requirements
- Effectively manage and monitor construction performance and progress
- Preparation of progress and compliance reporting
- Interpret designs for construction implementation and contribute to improvements to existing designs
- Assist with the preparation of site construction budgets and reports
About You
- Tertiary Qualification in a related field
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in a similar role in the Civil Construction industry on a large construction and/or building project
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast paced project environment and deliver on deadlines
- Must have an Australian Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
