Form of workSeize the opportunity to join a leading player in the civil construction industry working on Civil projects on the Sunshine Coast, with a focus on subdivisions. As we continue to grow we are looking for experienced Site and Project Engineers to join the team.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate multiple projects across Subdivisions, Infrastructure, Community Projects and Roadworks. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members.
About you:
You’ll be a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. You will have excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily site inspections and management of onsite teams and plant
- Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
- Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
- Oversee and work with key sub-contractors and suppliers
- Cost tracking and reporting to Project Manager
- Quality Assurance documentation
