Site Foreman - Working Foreman - High End Residential

Our client, a forward-thinking construction company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site / Working Foreman to join their team.

They specialize in building high-end architecturally designed homes. With a bumper pipeline of projects, they need a skilled Foreman /Working Foreman  to play a key role in delivering outstanding projects. 

You will work with a dedicated, close knit and professional team, who care about the High End homes they build, and take immense pride in the finished build. 

You will have the ability to run a project from start to finish and also be hands on when the project requires. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that construction plans are followed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols to ensure that all workers are protected from harm.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure that everyone is up-to-date on project progress and any issues that may arise.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any problems or obstacles that may arise during construction to ensure that projects stay on track.
• Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry, with experience in high-end architectural homes.
• Experience in all aspects of a project and have seen a project through as a Foreman from start to finish. 
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and the ability to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.
• Experience working to programs and plans. 
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and protocols.
