With ongoing growth in the commercial sector, we are now looking for a high-performing Site Manager to assist with the delivery new-build projects up to $100M. Your initial project would be to assist in the delivery of a $60m new build (not apartments) which is based just SOR. Your responsibilities may include: Report to the Project Manager on a regular basis, advising them of any current or potential issues. Manage dispute resolution between clients and subcontractors as required. Oversee the quality of trade works to ensure the required standard is achieved in all aspects.
