A leading construction company in Melbourne's south-east who specialise in multi-residential sites between 5 - 40 townhouses, has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager on a Townhouse site in Melbourne's east.
Your new role
Managing one site only, this role will see the successful candidate be responsible for delivering a double-storey townhouse project within achievable timelines and budgets. Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manage the full construction process from structures to hand-over
- Management of subcontractors - both external and internal
- Implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site
- Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of projects within the construction time frame
- Keep full site documentation of all day to day activities on-site
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following attributes:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Manager on large scale townhouse project
- Carpentry background preferable
- Strong verbal communications skills and be highly organised
- Excellent understanding of OH&S processes
