Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the fit out process from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
• Manage project schedules and resources effectively to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fit Out Supervisor, preferably within the retail or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit out processes, construction methodologies, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Brisbane and surrounding areas as required.
