We are now recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to manage the construction process for Townhouse development Projects. You will have access to an established network of trades, a supportive Construction Manager, high performing and experienced office-based support team and strong IT systems in place to seamlessly manage the build process.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Ensure townhouse Developments and new homes are built to specification, to plans, to quality standards and within timeframes and budgets
- Interpreting building plans and adhering to regulations and codes of practice
- Maintaining accurate and effective scheduling of material delivery and labour
- Maintain a high level of OH&S on all sites
- Minimum 2+ years experience managing Townhouse Development construction
- Experience using OnSite Companion, Click Homes or similar
- Trade Background - desired
- Great communicator and well organised
- Knowledge of building regulations, codes & tolerances
- Aptitude for project management and be technically minded
