About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our clients team of 14 dedicated professionals in a construction company specialising in high-value educational projects. This role is pivotal in overseeing the completion of a $9M school project located on the south-side. You will be working under the guidance of the Construction Manager and Director, ensuring that the project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
About You:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the education sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Long tenure within the business, demonstrating loyalty and stability.
