Site Manager | Multi-Level Project - Bass Coast

THE COMPANYAs a builder/developer, my client has a diverse range of projects in their history and they have an upcoming project they're building on the Bass Coast, approx 2 hours South-East of Melbourne. This project is located in an idylic holiday town, so what better setting to spend your time building a project by the seaside! THE ROLEYou will be the lead Site Manager on this project and be managing subcontractors only for the majorty of the build time.

You'll be managing a $15mill Multi-level project consisting of 50 apartments over 2 levels ground level retail. NO BASEMENT.The project will go for approx 12 months starting in May 2024.

You will be the main point of contact between the Construction Manager and site teams. You'll also need to have strong client-facing skillsSKILLS/EXPERIENCEQualified CarpenterCert III in OHS would be highly regarded
