About your new role…
An exciting opportunity has become available in our Equipment Service Team (EQS) which is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the installation and servicing of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, Installation, Servicing, QA, Preventative Maintenance of CCEP wide range of equipment.
This role of Field Service Manager is to engage, inspire, motivate and energize the Field Service team and CCEP contractors to ensure that customer needs for equipment service and installation are met in a timely and professional manner. This includes Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment and coffee machines.
Let’s talk about you…
- At least 3 years previous experience in FMCG or similar industry controlling inventory or purchasing.
- Understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Business Systems Aptitude – WMS, Planning (APO), SAP ECC.
- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Business administration and personal organisation skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other team members and third-party suppliers.
