Brunel has partnered with a Tier 3 Commercial Builder to help bring a Site Manager into the team. This role is open due to an increase in projects within regional NSW.
Our client are an established Builder with multiple locations in NSW working on construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects up to $50m in value. They have grown due to their positive culture and reputation for completing quality projects within the hospitality, retail, education and healthcare sectors.
- Supervise site operations for commercial projects valued up to $20 million.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure project goals are met within budget and schedule constraints.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company standards, prioritising a safe working environment.
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors, including procurement and contract management.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Document project activities, progress, and performance accurately and comprehensively.
- Implement strategies for process improvement and cost optimization to enhance project efficiency.
- Respond effectively to any on-site emergencies or unforeseen challenges.
- 2+ years experience Site Managing projects $5m+
- New build construction experience (preferred)
- Trade qualified
- Strong communication skills
