Hays has partnered with a local Beresfield organisation that sells ventilation products. They are looking for an experienced Data Entry Officer to join their team in Beresfield!
Your new role
- Entering and verifying data
- Working with clients and suppliers, providing quotes
- Maintaining and updating records and databases
- Preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
