Your New Role
Client is looking for a Site Manager for a 30 Townhouse Projects in North Brisbane. It's a brand new site, and you will be the number 1 person, coordinating and directing trades to ensure smooth project completion.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience as a Site Manager on Townhouse Sites (30+ at once), including Civil Works.
- Carpentry background preferred.
- Good communication to subbies & other stakeholders.
What You Will Get in Return
- Salary of $150k + Super a good indicator. Could be a bit more or less depending on experience.
