- Work closely with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure materials are available for scheduled maintenance.
- Support both Field Services and Project Managers for general site operational requirements.
- Data entry of received freight into the inventory system
- Monitor and resolve all reported discrepancies, overage, shortage, and damaged goods and or materials
- Liaise with purchasing teams for urgent freight requirements
- Supporting purchasing activities by researching potential suppliers, obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing and terms, and managing purchase orders.
- Collaboratively engage with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process and always providing clear and accurate communication.
- Ideally based in Geraldton
- TLI40321 Certificate IV in Supply Chain Operations - Desirable
- Intermediary Data Entry Skills
- A sound working knowledge of all warehousing/ store's duties
- Advanced PC skills and computer literacy with respect to MS Office Suite Products
- Proficiency in Microsoft dynamics AX / 365 - Desirable
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Manual Australian Drivers License
- Good time management skills
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and quickly
- Knowledge of Earthmoving equipment (Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment) - Desirable
