Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our company's web applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to identify and resolve issues before they impact our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain monitoring and automation tools to improve the reliability and performance of our applications and infrastructure.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure new features and releases are deployed in a reliable and scalable manner.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support for our production systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with our systems and applications.
- Collaborate with other teams to implement solutions to prevent incidents from recurring.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our systems and processes to increase reliability and reduce downtime.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and system administration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
