Your Opportunity
As the Site Services Coordinator you will be responsible for:
assisting in the general administrative duties of the Infrastructure & Logistics Team
This position reports to the Project Manager - Facilties and Infrasructure
This is a Temporary, Full-Time opportunity, for 12 months unless otherwise determined.
The position will be based primarily at Mount Isa however you may be required to perform work at other TAFE Queensland campuses.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and efficient services utilising various software packages including word processing, spread sheeting, and adapt and utilise corporate systems such as Corbett Engineering Limited Computer Assisted Timetabling (CELCAT); Archibus; Technology One.
Manage own workflow efficiently, negotiating priorities for deadlines where appropriate.
Manage relevant staff including the development, monitoring and evaluation of performance management protocols.
Provide effective support to the Manager Infrastructure and Logistics to ensure service provided to stakeholders is of high performance.
Coordinate the cleaning, security, timetabling and space personnel, and other requisition and audit stock as required.
Active involvement in budget development, financial reporting and forecasting.
Ensure specific areas of responsibility are adequately covered at all times including room booking processes, vehicle booking processes and region archiving.
Perform duties within TAFE Queensland guidelines and procedures, continually seeking improvements in the way in which work is performed.
Contribute to the achievement of TAFE Queensland’s quality policies by encouraging an environment where high quality work is achieved and is supported by the adherence/development of quality system documentation.
Undertake research and development on matters relating to business functions.
Ensure day to day activities align with business operations.
Contribute to improvement in business processes and practices.
Undertake other duties as are reasonable.
