AddressWe are looking to recruit an experienced Site Superintendentwith TMR exposure, to oversee all aspects of our civil construction project. Working for the Main Contractor, you will be assisting the Site Manager in the safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of project site works. Previous Road or Rail experience is a must.
The Role:
- Review and understand project specifications and drawings, ensuring that the project delivery plans are practical and applicable
- Ensure that subcontractor management plans comply with project requirements for safety, quality, methodology, resourcing.
- Facilitate the site set up and maintenance, in line with the project plans.
- Facilitate the coordination of the day-to-day site activities to ensure all site undertakings are in line with the project plans.
- Contribute to, understand and implement the short-term lookahead program for delivery.
- Ensure all operations are undertaken in accordance with the limits of authority. Manage subcontractor performance.
- Contribute to the accurate and transparent reporting of the status of the project through the monthly project control report and any other required means.
- Coordinate and communicate with the extended project team to achieve project goals.
