Purpose of the Position
GHS Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an experience Site Supervisor for site works (FIFO ex Perth or DIDO ex Geraldton) on a 8/6 Roster. Candidate must have a strong knowledge of mechanical repairs and coating.

Licence Requirements
- Trade Certificate (Boilermaker / Welder)
- Construction Industry White Card
- Drivers Licence
- MSIC
- Active and safe supervision of all activities for our site personnel
- Lead regular toolbox talks, work and perform daily site activities and monitoring of all works undertaken
- Assist with scheduling of employees at all stages of the works
- Delegate and direct site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Active problem solving and creative solutions orientation is essential
- Delivery work safely, on time and within budget, with an expected high quality and high level of service to our clients
- Proven ability to successfully deliver works
- Applicants must have an open mind and willingness to work collaboratively, continually learn, develop and support GHS Continuous Improvement culture in a systems management environment
- Minimum 5 years supervision experience
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Solid trade background
- Experience with fabrication works and also mining activities
- Knowledge and experience in industry standards
- Schedule 26 training
- MEM05024 Perform Welding Supervision or equivalent will be highly regarded
- Great communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Attention to detail
- Work in a team environment
