Key Responsibilities
Willingness to shadow and learn from experienced Site Supervisors to gain a deeper understanding of the company's construction processes and procedures
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload effectively
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to take ownership of your own portfolio of homes to site manage after completion of the shadowing period
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitoring progress of construction projects and reporting on project status
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is carried out to the required standard and on schedule
- Resolving issues that arise on site and escalating to the Site Manager when necessary
- Qualified Carpentry certificate (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required
- Valid driver's license and White Card
- Must have full unrestricted working rights for Australia
- Salary up to 130k ++ with Supportive management;
