What We’re Looking for:
We’re currently looking for an experienced residential Site Supervisor to manage the on-site operations of an ongoing refurbishment agreement with one of Adelaide’s biggest retirement companies. This contract involves both extensive and minor refurbishment/maintenance works to residential properties across several village locations. We require someone who is program driven and capable of looking after multiple projects with varying project scope and completion dates.
Supported by a Project Manager and Contract Administrator your focus will be on trade coordination, quality management and safety whilst undertaking basic administration tasks and maintaining updates on site progress.
Good knowledge of Procore Management Construction software is desirable but training will be given if required.

Successful Applicant Role Requirements:
- Current Police Clearance (less than 12 months old ) required upon successful application)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Qualification in Joinery or Cabinetmaking -
- A great knowledge of the construction industry
- Fluent in computer applications and ability to learn new software
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Readily available to commit to the role
- Committed to ensuring safety on site
